Ambassador of Turkmenistan meets with the Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan

Batyr Rejepov - Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan - met with the Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan Nurkis Daueshov. It was noted that during the talk the sides touched upon the details of holding events in the country dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great thinker and poet of the East Makhtumkuli Fraghi.

The diplomats of the two countries also discussed the details of the implementation of agreements and arrangements regarding the establishment of a monument to Makhtumkuli Fraghi in the capital of Kazakhstan, and in Ashgabat - a monument to the founder of Kazakh literature, an outstanding enlightener, poet and thinker Abai Kunanbaev.
