The plot of the film revolves around the life of Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgan), who runs a cable television network in a remote hilly village in Goa. Vijay lives a happy life with his wife Nandini and two daughters. A 4th grade high school dropout and orphaned, Vijay has succeeded by hard work and ingenuity to provide for his family. His daughter Anju goes to college camp, where she is secretly photographed in her swimsuit on a cell phone by Sam Deshmuk, son of police inspector Mira Deshmuk and business tycoon Mahesh Deshmuk. One night Sam comes to Anju's house and blackmails her, but he is killed by her mother Nandni. In the morning, when Vijay returns from work, Nandini tells Vijay about the incident, and he devises a way to save his family from the police...
