The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan on March 22, 2021 held festivities on the occasion of the International Spring Festival - Novruz. The press service of the embassy informed that the participants of the events were representatives of the diaspora from the capital and regions, diplomatic staff and their families.
Kazakh Ambassador in Ashgabat E. Sapiyev emphasized that Novruz represents natural renewal, the birth of new life. E. Sapiyev noted the unity and solidarity of Kazakhstan and foreign representatives of the diaspora, and expressed his best wishes.
During the festivities, Kazakh cuisines and chants were performed to the accompaniment of the dombyr. Guests of the event could go horseback riding, play ethnic games "asyk atu" and "arkan tartys".
