Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan meets with the Ambassador of Cambodia

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Turkmenistan Sok Chea presented his credentials to Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan D. Gulmanova during a meeting on August 26. Gulmanova presented his credentials. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The head of the Mejlis conveyed congratulations to the Ambassador on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his appointment to the responsible position. The Ambassador, in turn, conveyed greetings from the Cambodian leadership and wished prosperity and well-being to the Turkmen people.

In continuation of the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, including through the parliaments of the states. D. Gulmanova familiarized the Ambassador with the activities of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, its structure and work to improve the national legislation.
