President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY Sultan Raev on the 30th anniversary of the Organization. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
