Turkish President to arrive in Turkmenistan on December 13

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Türkiye will arrive in Ashgabat on an official visit to participate in the summit of Turkmenistan, Türkiye and Azerbaijan. The head of the Republic of Türkiye will be in Ashgabat on December 13-14. This was reported by Orient news with reference to the press service of President Erdogan.

The upcoming summit, to be held Wednesday, will address important issues of cooperation among the three friendly nations. The trilateral talks will touch on deepening partnerships in energy, transport and trade. A number of documents on cooperation in these areas are planned to be signed.

Bilateral negotiations are also expected at the summit. One of the most pressing topics of discussion is the creation of a gas hub in the Republic of Türkiye.
