President of Turkmenistan sends congratulations to his Latvian counterpart

Serdar Berdymukhamedov has sent sincere congratulations to Latvian President Egils Levits and the Latvian people on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries. This was reported by the Neutral Turkmenistan daily.

On behalf of himself, the people of Turkmenistan and the authorities, Serdar Berdymukhamedov conveyed his best wishes. He wished the President of the Republic of Latvia wellbeing, good health and happiness, and to the Latvian people prosperity and progress.

The President of Turkmenistan noted that for thirty years the relations between the states have been based on the principles of mutual respect for each other's interests, trust and equality. He stressed the interest in continuing and strengthening effective bilateral interaction for the benefit of both peoples.
