President of Turkmenistan received congratulations from the Governor of St. Petersburg

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received a congratulatory message from the Governor of the Russian city of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov on December 12, 2024 on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad." 

In his message, the Governor emphasized that the neutral status of Turkmenistan is one of the most important factors contributing to the preservation of peace and security in the Central Asian region. The Governor noted the importance of developing effective cooperation between Russia and Turkmenistan and expressed conviction in further continuation of the fruitful partnership in the humanitarian and economic spheres.

Alexander Beglov also wished the President of Turkmenistan happiness and good health, and the citizens of Turkmenistan prosperity and peaceful skies above their heads.
