Representatives of Turkmen universities participated in a workshop in Bogota

The 10th International Workshop on the world rating of universities UI GreenMetric was held in the Colombian capital from June 4 to 7. Representatives of Turkmen universities took part in the workshop. This is reported in the electronic publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Among the participants from Turkmenistan are S. Gedaev, Head of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the Oguz Khan Engineering and Technology University. Gedaev, D. Annamuradov, a lecturer of the Department of Ecology and Ecotechnology, and K. Amanov, a delegate from the S. A. Niyazov TSKhU.

Scientists from Turkmenistan presented project works of HEIs on energy saving facilities, renewable energy and waste management. Visual materials and information on the work of universities in the field of energy saving and popularization of rational use of water resources and careful attitude to nature were presented.
