Turkmen-Slovenian Inter-Ministerial Consultations Held

Vepa Hajiyev, acting head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, held an online meeting with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Samuel Zbogar on May 23, as reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The diplomats of the two countries noted effective interaction on topical issues. The sides discussed ways to develop relations in trade and economic, political and diplomatic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The interlocutors also touched upon the plan of joint activities on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the states.

The sides agreed to further develop trade and economic ties by establishing intergovernmental dialog and intensifying business contacts.
