Turkmen delegation pays visit to Qatar

On July 17-21, the Turkmen delegation headed by Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan M. Gurdov was on a working visit to Doha, Qatar. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The purpose of the trip was to discuss Turkmenistan's participation in the International Exhibition "Expo-2023 Doha", which will be held in Doha, Qatar from October 2, 2023 to March 28, 2024.

Within the framework of the visit, the Turkmen delegation held a meeting with Secretary General of the International Exhibition Mohammed Ali Al Khouri, followed by the signing of the Agreement on Turkmenistan's participation in the event.

Prospects for further cooperation in trade and economic sphere were touched upon during the meeting of the Turkmen delegation with the leadership of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
