The head of Turkmenistan instructed to continue building comfortable housing

An extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan was held, during which President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was reported on high rates of housing construction. This is reported by the news agency "MIR 24".

Chairman of the State Statistics Committee D. Amanmukhammedov presented a report to the President, in which the following data were mentioned: the number of residential buildings in the country is 1,005,671, which is 12.4% more than in 2012, the total area of residential buildings is 165,167,523 square meters.

The President instructed to continue the construction of residential houses, their improvement and maintenance.

According to the report of the Minister of Finance and Economy S. Jorayev. Jorayev, the volume of capital investments increased by 24.6%. Within the framework of the National Rural Program 244 thousand square meters of housing were built.
