Turkmenistan and Tunisia held inter-ministerial political consultations

On June 25, inter-ministerial political consultations between representatives of Turkmenistan and Tunisia were held in the online format. The Turkmen side was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmet Gurbanov, while the Tunisian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Responsible for Tunisians Abroad Munir bin Rajiba. During the talks, the need to expand the legal framework between the countries was stated. An important topic of the meeting was the development of cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, particularly in the areas of agriculture, investment and tourism.

The sides expressed interest in intensifying inter-parliamentary cooperation, deepening cooperation in education and humanitarian sphere. The sides discussed topical issues of international and regional agenda.
