Turkmenistan presented two films at the Tashkent Film Festival

From September 29 to October 2, the Uzbek capital Tashkent hosted the XV International Film Festival "Pearl of the Silk Road", in which Turkmen filmmakers took part. This was reported by the online publication "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly".

Along with Turkmenistan, the event was attended by about 30 countries, including Central Asian countries, Russia, Israel, Croatia, Japan, Poland, France, Latvia, Chile, Korea, Estonia, Germany, Portugal, Singapore and Ukraine.

Two feature films "Daraght" by director Sakhysalih Bayramov and "Gyzyl Almaz" by Hekim Alovov were presented by the Turkmen film studio "Turkmenfilm" named after Oguzkhan during the festival.
As noted earlier, director Sahysalih Bayramov became the owner of a special statuette of TURKSOY.
