Turkmenistan participated in the first meeting of the Central Asian Women's Dialogue

A delegation of representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan visited Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, to participate in the first meeting of the Dialogue of Women of Central Asia. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.

The theme of the first meeting in the new format was "The Role of Women in the Economies of Central Asia: Leadership to Promote Digital, Social and Environmental Innovations". The participants made presentations on the topic of the meeting, and discussions were held on topical issues. The Turkmen side presented the role of women in the development of different sectors of the national economy, paid attention to women's rights and life benefits.

The Central Asian Women's Dialogue is a regional platform for promoting gender equality and cooperation between the countries of the Central Asian region.
