Turkmenistan participated in the BIE GA session

On November 26, the 175th GA session of the International Bureau of Exhibitions was held, which was attended by Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France Maksat Charyev. The country was also represented at the meeting by Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Mergen Gurdov. This is reported by the Internet edition Centralasia.news. 

Representatives of Turkmenistan spoke about the progress of preparations for the forthcoming international exhibitions. Within the framework of the session, a meeting of Turkmen delegates with BIE Secretary General Dmitry Kerkentzes was held. Current issues of cooperation related to Turkmenistan's membership in the Administrative and Budgetary Committee of the Organization were discussed.

The Turkmen side confirmed readiness for further effective cooperation with the International Exhibitions Bureau. Dmitry Kerkentzes expressed gratitude for the country's commitment to fruitful cooperation.
