Turkmenistan strengthens international cooperation in the field of renewable energy sources

Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov presented a plan to strengthen international cooperation in the field of renewable energy for the period 2025-2030 during a government meeting. This is reported by the online edition CentralAsia.news.

The Action Plan envisages intensification of close cooperation with specialized structures, research institutes, organizations and financial institutions. In this regard, a proposal was made to hold an international conference in September this year with the participation of representatives of some major international organizations. It was also proposed to represent the country at the negotiations with the leadership of the International Renewable Energy Agency in the UAE.

The President of Turkmenistan approved the proposal of the Foreign Minister and gave relevant instructions.
