According to the published rankings of the international research center Gallup, Turkmenistan and Singapore are on the 1st place as the safest nations in the world. According to analysts, the index of law and order in the leading countries is 97 out of the maximum 100 points.
In the top 10 on the criterion of safety also hit:
- PRC (94 points),
- Iceland, Kuwait (93 points)
- and the five with 92 points each: Austria, UAE, Uzbekistan, Norway, Switzerland.
Afghanistan has the lowest level of security according to Gallup analysis (43 points).
The number of crimes, public confidence in law enforcement agencies, and people's feeling of personal safety are taken into account in the assessment.
