During the last extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to pay special attention to the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
One of the measures aimed at developing economic relations between the state and the private sector is the Law "On Public-Private Partnership".
In particular, a decree was signed on the share participation of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production in the establishment of the enterprise "Turkmen Kaolin". At present, enriched kaolin meets the needs of the domestic market and there are plans to expand its production to ensure exports.
