The Deputy Minister expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of bilateral relations in the political and economic spheres. The Ambassador, in turn, expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan for its assistance in the implementation of his diplomatic mission. The parties called the energy sector a strategic area of trade and economic cooperation.
It was noted that the implementation of joint projects of the TAPI gas pipeline and TAP power transmission lines and fiber-optic communication lines is of particular importance. The prospects and directions of further development of cooperation were discussed during the meeting.
