Turkmen businesswoman established production of frozen fruits and vegetables

Amandursun Begjanova, a businesswoman from Turkmenistan, member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, has started producing frozen and packaged fresh fruits and vegetables at her production facility. This is reported on the website of "Business Turkmenistan".

Every day Amandursun Begjanova's production facility processes from 500 kg to 1 ton of products, which are supplied in accordance with agreements by local farmers. The entrepreneur's products are supplied to the Halk Market chain of stores in Ashgabat. Part of the products for the convenience of consumers is packed in containers made from domestic raw materials at Berk Plastik enterprise, which belongs to the Halk Market chain of stores.

According to the businesswoman, vegetables are frozen according to special technologies - freezing is carried out at different temperatures - from -40 to -120 degrees Celsius.
