The Office of the Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan received photo and video cameras from BOMCA

The Criminalistics Department of the Main Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan received photo and video cameras worth 9,874 euros from the Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA 10). This is reported on the official website of BOMCA in Central Asia.

The equipment transferred to Turkmenistan, which includes a camera with flash, various lenses and accessories, three video cameras with accessories and a bag, will be used in the process of examining crime scenes at the borders.

A camera with lenses can be used to take pictures according to the rules of forensic photography. A video camera will make it possible to record investigative actions, including verification of statements of a suspect, accused or witness.

The equipment was purchased by BOMCA to strengthen the technical base of the agencies concerned.
