Turkmen Alabai Ak dost became the champion of Russia

In his address to his compatriots, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced the happy news that the Turkmen Alabai named Ak dost (Akdus) was recognized as the champion of Russia in the nomination "Central Asian Shepherd Dog" in two directions. The Turkmen Alabai Ak dost was presented as a gift from Turkmenistan to the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in 2021. The alabai was presented by Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of the International Associations of Akhal-Teke Racehorses and "Türkmen alabaý itleri".

Turkmen Alabai became the champion of Russia, which was held by the Russian Cynological Federation from January 15 to 17, 2024 in the city of Kazan. On January 15, Ak dost was recognized as the champion in the nomination "Central Asian Shepherd Dog" for purebredness and beauty, and on January 17 - was awarded the high title of champion for understanding and attentiveness.
