Turkmen diplomat takes part in business conference in India

Turkmenistan's Ambassador to India Sh. Geldynazarov took part in the conference "Business Opportunities in Central Asia" on August 21. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The forum was organized by the Millennial India International Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture (MIICCIA) with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India. The forum was attended by heads of diplomatic missions of Central Asian countries in India, representatives of ministries and departments, and management of Indian companies.

Turkmenistan and India are successfully cooperating in the implementation of the TAPI projects, development of transport and logistics corridors within the framework of the Ashgabat Agreement and the North-South ITC. The Ambassador noted the prospects for the development of Turkmen-Indian partnership in the oil and gas industry, transport and communications, agro-industrial complex, chemical and textile industries, and information technologies.
