Vyacheslav Sarkisyan, a Turkmen photographer and photo correspondent of the Turkmen News Agency, won the silver prize of the international contest held by the largest photographic societies PST, CAPA and PSTw. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
In addition, Sarkisyan was awarded a special FIAP prize - an honorary ribbon with the coat of arms and inscription of the organization. The work of the Turkmen photographer took the honorable second place among 4.5 thousand creative photos, which were submitted by more than 300 authors from different countries.
The works of photographer V. Sarkisyan depict national Turkmen costumes, jewelry, carpets with traditional ornaments, horse equipment. Earlier, Vyacheslav Sarkisyan has already won special prizes in Russia, Morocco, China, the USA and the Czech Republic.
