Turkmen singer takes second place at the Delphic Games

On October 9, winners and prize-winners in such categories as solo folk singing, piano and folk instruments were determined within the framework of the XVII Youth Delphic Games. This is reported by turkmenportal.com.

In the nomination "solo folk singing" among participants from 18 to 23 years old, Turkmen soloist Guichberdi Gulov took second place. Chubak uulu Sanzhar from Kyrgyzstan took first place in the same nomination, and Didar Shunaev from the Republic of Kazakhstan took bronze.

Turkmenistan is represented at the Delphic Games by four soloists, including Ishankulova Aigozel in academic singing, Gulov Guichberdi in solo folk singing, Novruzov Allaberdy and Ruslanov Asal in pop singing. The programs of the Turkmen soloists' performances include works of world and Turkmen classics.
