Bayramov held a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister of Japan for Parliamentary Affairs Yuumi Yoshikawa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. During the talks, the sides discussed the expansion and strengthening of bilateral relations in trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and political-diplomatic spheres. In addition, it was noted that political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Turkmenistan are of great importance.
Turkmenistan and Japan actively cooperate in bilateral format as well as within the framework of international organizations. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan expressed the country's readiness to organize a visit of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Parliamentary Affairs to Turkmenistan.
