Ashgabat hosted a meeting on the Framework Program of Cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United Nations

On Friday, December 13, 2024, a meeting of the Steering Committee on the implementation of the UN-Turkmenistan Cooperation Framework for Sustainable Development for 2021-2025 was held in the building of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan in a hybrid format. It is reported The country's foreign ministry. 

The meeting was attended by the UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan, heads and staff of the Organization's structural units, heads and staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of various agencies and ministries of the country.

In the course of the meeting the activities on Program implementation by each of the five Groups were reviewed. The participants of the meeting also touched upon the issues of formation of the next cycle of the Framework Program for 2026-2030.
