The State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan has opened a new exhibition entitled "Culture - the spiritual wealth of the people". This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
The exhibition is timed to the Day of Culture and Art Workers and is dedicated to the work of Makhtumkuli Fraghi.
The new exhibition exhibits collections of Mahtumkuli's poems, copies of manuscripts of the great poet and thinker, works related to his name, portraits and sculptures. Antique silver jewelry from the Fund of the State Museum is also presented. The exposition includes carpets and household items corresponding to the poet's era.
The second part of the exhibition is devoted to paintings by Turkmen artists. Women's clothes and jewelry take a special place in the exposition. The third part of the exhibition demonstrates national musical instruments to the guests of the museum.
