Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan meets with ILO delegation

Today, February 20, 2024, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova held a meeting with a delegation of the International Labor Organization (ILO) headed by Assistant Director General, ILO Regional Director Beata Andres. This is reported by the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of joint activities carried out in accordance with the "Roadmap of joint activities for 2023". Based on the results of the negotiations, the main directions of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Organization for 2024 were defined.

ILO Regional Director Beata Andreas noted Turkmenistan's efforts in implementing the commitments undertaken within the framework of the International Labor Organization. Turkmenistan's commitment to fruitful bilateral cooperation was also noted.
