The EU Office in Turkmenistan is accepting applications for a journalism contest, the winners of which in three categories will receive valuable cash prizes of 10,000 € each. The prizes are provided in the categories "International Award", "Best Beginner Journalist" and "European Award".
The Lorenzo Natali Media Award (NataliPrize) will be presented for the 31st time this year. For three decades, the award has supported reporting that seeks to focus public attention on the common challenges facing humanity and our planet. These issues include inequality, poverty and global climate change. The Prize aims to emphasize the importance of education for human beings and to highlight the protection of human rights.
Journalists who have materials that fit the thematic focus of the prize can apply for participation until April 28, 2023. To learn more about the conditions of participation in the prize, please visit the official website of the European Union.
