President of Turkmenistan congratulates Ilham Aliyev on Independence Day

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has addressed heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the people of his country on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day. The Turkmen President noted that friendly Azerbaijan is actively developing and moving along the road of progress, plays an important role in regional and international processes.
