By his Decree, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Yazmyrat Nurniyazovich Seryaev as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ireland (with residence in London), TDH reports.
