Turkmenistan and Qatar meet ahead of Doha summit

Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov held a meeting with Qatar's Minister for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Missned on Sunday. Arzuw.news reports with reference to the Qatari Embassy in Turkmenistan.

The talks were held on the sidelines of the preparatory ministerial meeting for the Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit. Qatar is hosting the upcoming forum.

An extraordinary Arab-Islamic summit is scheduled for Monday in the Qatari capital Doha. The event will bring together representatives of Arab and Islamic states to discuss topical issues on the regional agenda.
