During the ceremony of presenting copies of credentials, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan congratulated the Cypriot diplomat on his appointment. He expressed his best wishes and readiness to support the Ambassador in carrying out his diplomatic mission.
During the meeting, the diplomats discussed bilateral partnership and the maintenance of friendly relations between the countries. It was noted that inter-parliamentary cooperation is important in the development of trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and political-diplomatic relations between Cyprus and Turkmenistan.
