A delegation of Turkmenistan participated in the Ministerial Session of the Conference "Strengthening International Cooperation in Combating Terrorism and Establishing Flexible Border Security Mechanisms" held in Kuwait on November 4-5. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.
