The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is launching an educational initiative for entrepreneurs and business leaders from the regions of Turkmenistan. A series of trainings entitled "Enhancing Human Resource Management Skills for Regional Private Companies in Turkmenistan" will be held in four provinces of the country in October this year. This is reported in the press release of the organizers.
The program is aimed at training participants in key skills of effective HR management and development of strategic HR processes. The trainings will be conducted by Maslahatly çözgut experts who will share practical knowledge and help to find effective HR solutions for business.

- October 14 - Mary
- October 21 - Balkanabad city
- October 24 - Dashoguz
- October 28 - Turkmenabat city
Participants will have an opportunity to undergo a free HR-diagnosis of their company under the guidance of an experienced consultant. A report with recommendations on how to improve HR practices and increase the efficiency of human resources management will be provided based on the diagnostic results.
The training is designed for managers, owners and HR professionals of local private companies. Participation is free, but seats are limited. Those wishing to participate should complete the online form through October 2.
The project is funded by the European Union and aims to support the development of the private sector in Turkmenistan by enhancing competencies in human resource management.
