The congratulatory message of the National Leader of the Turkmen people notes that the opening of dozens of secondary schools and kindergartens in different regions of the country in the golden autumn of the year "Treasure of Mind of Makhtumkuli Fraghi" demonstrates that the educational reforms in Turkmenistan are marked by successes, the country is creating wide opportunities for the young generation to be educated, with a broad world outlook. The donation of laptop computers to 1st grade pupils is a vivid expression of the state's care for young Turkmenistanis.
The erection of a number of modern educational facilities in the city of Arkadag, which has no analogues in the region, means that caring for the youth - our bright future - has a deep meaning. The presence here of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev, various secondary vocational schools, educational complex with kindergarten, schools and kindergartens, is a vivid example of caring for the upbringing of the young generation and their education in modern conditions, the message says.
