Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister meets with Chinese Ambassador

On September 18, 2024, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting on topical issues of the bilateral agenda with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan Qian Naisheng in the building of the Foreign Ministry. The talks were devoted to issues related to the prospects for further development of cooperation in trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian and political and diplomatic spheres. The interlocutors noted the effectiveness of multilateral cooperation within the framework of the Central Asia-People's Republic of China Dialogue.

In addition, the parties considered a plan of joint activities scheduled for the end of the current year.
