Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliyev sent a congratulatory message to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Turkmen people on the Neutrality Day. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

In his message, the Secretary General of the TNA noted that under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the country remains committed to the values of peace, sovereignty and international cooperation.
