On October 22-24, Ashgabat will host the second Turkmen-Iranian tourism festival aimed at developing cooperation in tourism between Turkmenistan and Iran. This is reported by the Internet edition "AsmanNews.
An exhibition, conference and performances of Turkmen and Iranian folklore groups are planned within the festival. The opening of the festival and exhibition will be held at the Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan on October 22. The exposition will present tourist opportunities of Turkmenistan and Iran, works of artists and craftsmen of the two countries.
On October 23, a conference at the Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan and a performance by an Iranian creative team at the Vatan Cinema and Concert Center are scheduled. On October 24, musical groups from Iran and Turkmenistan will perform.
