The Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN in New York held a briefing session

On August 11, the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN in New York hosted a briefing with participation of Special Representative of the UN Secretary General, Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Kakha Imnadze and Permanent Representatives of Central Asian states. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the event K. Imnadze spoke about the main aspects of the semi-annual report to the UN Security Council.
Special attention was paid to the development of multilateral cooperation, including in the formats of "CA-European Union", "CA-PRC", "CA-Gulf Cooperation Council".

The agreements reached as a result of the Summit of the Heads of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan were noted. Also attention was paid to the preparation for the Consultative meeting of the Heads of CA countries and the Summit of the Heads of IFAS founding states.
