The number of consumers of digital services of banks is increasing in Lebap province of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online edition SNG.Today.
Retailers, service providers and government organizations are actively introducing the option of accepting payments with bank cards, which encourages people to use digital banking services.
By the end of last year, the number of payment terminals in Lebap velayat of Turkmenistan exceeded 6.7 thousand, and the number of active bank cards in the velayat approached the mark of 1 million. Lebap velayat of the country took the second place by the number of POS-terminals after Ashgabat. Daihanbank" is engaged in servicing more payment terminals in the velayat.
