Ashgabat, July 21 - Arzuw.news. The Union of Economists of Turkmenistan continues the implementation of the program "Improving the competitiveness of women in the private sector of the labor market of Turkmenistan" and announced the selection of participants for the next stage. The program is implemented with the support of the European Union and the methodological assistance of the public association "Achievements of Young Turkmenistan". The main goal of the initiative is to increase women's competitiveness in the labor market and develop their ability to start income-generating activities by improving their entrepreneurial, digital and personal skills.
The recruitment of participants from Ashgabat, Akhal and Balkan velayats is currently underway. Trainings are scheduled in Ashgabat on August 12-13 and 15-16, and in Turkmenbashi on August 22-23.
The educational program covers a wide range of topics including women's entrepreneurship, business planning, legal foundations of entrepreneurship, business ethics, leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence and modern business technologies. Top certified trainers and experienced experts are involved in conducting the classes.
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m., Aug. 5 via online forms at Russian и Turkmen languages. The number of places is limited, the organizers will contact successful applicants. Participation in the program is free of charge.
The program covers all velayats of the country and is aimed at the comprehensive development of women's professional competencies in entrepreneurship.
