China and Turkmenistan will cross-cultural years

In 2023 and 2024, the PRC and Turkmenistan will hold cross years of culture. This was reported in a joint statement by Turkmen President Serdar Berdymukhamedov and Chinese President Xi Jinping, the result of bilateral talks on January 5-6, 2023.

Also, a joint statement published in the Neutral Turkmenistan daily newspaper talks about deepening cooperation in the cultural, scientific, technical, and educational spheres. The sides intend to intensify the establishment of the center of Turkmen culture in China and the center of Chinese culture in Turkmenistan.

Also, the PRC and Turkmenistan will promote the world-famous project "Lu Ban Workshops," which is named after the famous master of ancient China. This project is an effective platform for international exchange, combining academic and vocational education.
