The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan met with the head of RRCCA

On August 14, Turkmen Foreign Minister R. Meredov met with the new Special Representative of the UN Secretary General, Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Kakha Imnadze. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the activities of CAREC for the CA region in the field of strengthening harmony, mutual understanding and support were especially noted. Turkmenistan actively cooperates with the UNRCCA. In particular, the Academy of Preventive Diplomacy and the Dialogue of Central Asian Women have been established.

The head of the UNRCCA highly appreciated Turkmenistan's priority positions for the 78th session of the UNGA, including a comprehensive approach to the main issues on the global agenda and Turkmenistan's contribution to presenting its vision on their solution.
