Scientific centers of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation expand cooperation

Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the Russian Federation Esen Aidogdiyev met with Director of the Institute of China and Modern Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences Kirill Babaev to discuss cooperation between the specialized scientific institutions of the countries. This is reported by the Internet edition "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly.".

The Director of the Institute spoke about the activities of the Center for Central Asian Studies opened within ICSA. Kirill Babaev expressed interest in establishing ties with the Center for Strategic Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

At the end of the meeting there was an exchange of views on further steps in the development of cooperation. The parties expressed their mutual willingness to expand partnerships between specialized scientific centers.
