The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree on ensuring cyber security

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on January 19, Director General of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakyev presented a report on strengthening cyber security of the country. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Chakyev presented for consideration a resolution on strengthening cyber security, training high-level specialists in the field of information security and technology, and the development of national production in this field.

After reviewing the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree "On the planned measures to strengthen cyber security in Turkmenistan", giving responsible persons a number of instructions for its practical implementation.
