The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the country's farmers on the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations, who delivered over 1 million 400 thousand tons of wheat to the homeland, TDH reports.

In the congratulatory message of the head of the state it is noted that the remarkable labor victory on production of rich wheat harvest was achieved due to the coordinated and inspired work of tenant-masters, private producers, mechanizers, scientists, everyone who was involved in the tremendous work on cultivation and harvesting of grain without losses.

The development of the grain sector this year was facilitated by the increase in state purchase prices for wheat, the sowing of high-yielding wheat seeds, and the conduct of the grain sector in the country on a scientific basis by a special research institute, the message says.
