During an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, February 3, Serdar Berdymukhamedov issued a number of decrees concerning the dismissal and appointment of the leadership of the Supreme Court. This is reported by the state news agency Turkmenistan Today.
The President of Turkmenistan, in accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of the country, issued a decree on the dismissal of the Chairman of the Supreme Court, G. Ussanepesov, due to his transfer to another job. B. Hojamgulyev, who had previously served as Chairman of the Ashgabat City Court, was appointed to the vacated position.
Also, Serdar Berdymukhamedov dismissed O. Mukhammedov and M. Soyunov from the position of deputy chairmen of the Supreme Court with the justification of "transfer to a new job". T. Khodaynazarov, who previously held the post of chairman of the Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat, as well as G. Hudayberdiyeva, who previously worked as chairman of the Mary velayat court, were appointed to the vacated posts.
